While overall information and an opening date for Ollie’s have yet to be confirmed, according to Washington’s Company Search, the company was originally filed for in September and is listed as an active filing.
The permit filer and company registrar for Ollie’s are under William Swaney, who is also the co-founder of 323 Coffee. On 323 Coffee’s Facebook, they recently posted in September their excitement for the new concept of Ollie’s as well.
Ollie’s Coffee, according to their website, will be offering traditional coffee options. Some of these options listed are cappuccinos, lattes, americanos, as well as some other options like tea or hot chocolate.
For 323 Coffee, their mission statement is described as “pour a cup, share a story, and change a life,” with 20% of the profits being donated to a non-profit of the customer’s choice. They offer a variety of coffee roast options, with some of the options being 323 Coffee Catalyst Roast, 323 Coffee Community Roast, 323 Coffee Conversation Roast, and others.
In addition to the shopping section of 323, it also has a section on its website for espresso catering, where customers can fill out a form to request 323 at their next event.
According to Red Fin, Ollie’s address listed on the permit filing is described as vacant land on a 4,792-square-foot lot. The acres are listed as 0.11 of space and are off the market, with limited sales history.
