“We will be opening very soon, with us first having a soft opening day and then closing for a few days after for an easier transition. We don’t have a specific date locked in yet though,” Ashley Delplanche, the owner of Wild Rose, told What Now Portland.

“We’re really excited about the new space, and the community response has been amazing. The original space that we’re transitioning away from is about 500 square feet, with our new location being a little bit under 3,000 square feet. One of the most thrilling aspects of this move for us is the opportunity to welcome more people through our doors. The additional space will not only provide more room for our customers but will also include a private patio!”

Ashley also expressed that with this expansion, Wild Rose Coffee is also gearing up to offer more of a wide array of menu options. In addition to their coffee and beverages, they also will be creating a small gift shop space, one that is dedicated to creating space for local vendors predominantly in the Portland area, if not the entirety of Oregon state.

“One of our goals with the new location will be to serve as a welcoming space for students, especially since we are conveniently located near the school and a versatile venue for various occasions. Whether it’s a small gathering, a birthday celebration, or a community event, our doors will be open for everybody. Overall, our main pillar is to be supportive of our community,” Ashley added.
