For those that might be unfamiliar, Thai hot pot, also known as “Jim Jum” or “Suki,” is often considered to be a beloved communal dining experience in Thailand. It involves a simmering pot of broth set in the center of the table, surrounded by an array of fresh ingredients such as thinly sliced meats (like pork, beef, or chicken), seafood, vegetables, mushrooms, and noodles. Diners then cook these ingredients in the broth, customizing their dipping sauces for added flavor.
