According to a recent permit filing, Gastro Mania will undergo a change of hands in Southwest Portland, located at 1 SW Columbia Street #151.
A representative of Gastro Mania was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.
While an official date for the change of hands has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, the permit was filed for Angel’s Kitchen LLC. Bizapedia states that the two people behind Angel’s Kitchen LLC are Jose Angel Luna and Claudia Trujillo Gonzalez.
According to Gastro Mania’s website, “Gastro Mania is a family-owned business that started in 2014 with a food truck parked in North West Portland. While Gastro Mania takes inspiration from the vibrant food scene in Portland and the momentum that food trucks, gastro pubs, and breweries are enjoying, our concept reaches back to the good old tradition of fine dining and the quality of five-star restaurants.”
