According to a recent permit filing, T&H Cafe Bida and Deli is considering a Vancouver location at 11717 NE 78th Way, Suite 102.
A representative of T&H Cafe Bida and Deli was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.
While an official opening date and what T&H Cafe plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to Loop Net, T&H’s location will be a part of the Orchard Green strip mall. The property was built in 2000 and boasts 15,987 square feet.
T&H Cafe Bida and Deli was filed under T&H Cafe Bida and Deli LLC. Washington Company Search states that the LLC was incorporated on May 21st, 2024. Hieu Phan is listed on the permit and LLC.
Hieu Phan, according to Washington Company Search, is also behind two other LLCs. Those two LLCs are Nail Design LLC and Ruby Nail & Spa INC.
When it comes to a “bida,” depending on the context, in Filipino culture, “bida” can be used colloquially to mean the star or main attraction. In a food or restaurant context, it might be used to describe the signature dish or best-selling item, the “hero” of the menu. For example, a restaurant might refer to its most popular dish as the “bida” of its offerings.
