According to a recent permit filing, AJ’s Gentleman’s Club has filed for a Glenfair area location at 15920 SE Stark Street.

A representative of AJ’s Gentleman’s Club was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official opening date and what AJ’s plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, AJ’s Gentleman’s Club’s planned days of operation are listed to be every day from 10 AM to 2:30 AM, with no seasonal variation.

According to the permit, AJ’s was filed under Junoy Corporation. Jenny Gonsalves is listed to be behind AJ’s Gentleman’s Club. Bizapedia states that Junoy Corporation was incorporated on November 8th, 2019.

According to Xome, “15920 SE Stark St, Portland, OR, a restaurant property that contains 3,013 square feet and was built in 1950.” The lot size is 26,595 square feet and was last sold in 2003. Google states that the address is currently home to Dream on Saloon, which has not been marked as closed.
