According to a recent permit filing, K-Pocha has filed for a location in Tigard at 13500 SW Pacific Highway Suite 30.

A representative of K-Pocha was unable to provide additional information at this time upon What Now Portland’s request.

Information for K-Pocha is currently limited. While an official opening date and what K-Pocha plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, K-Pocha was filed for under C & K LLC.

C & K LLC was incorporated on October 3rd, 2018 according to Open Corporates. Listed on the business and permit filing is Kyung Hee Ji.

For the property itself, according to Equity Oregon Real Estate, the building is 1,500 square feet. The property is stated to be a “Very charming Teriyaki restaurant business, full efficient kitchen, very clean and organized.”

After doing a bit of research, it looks like the teriyaki restaurant in question is Ichi Teriyaki Tigard. Google and Yelp do not currently mark Ichi Teriyaki as a closed business.
