“We do not have a goal opening date as of yet,” Dien Luu of Navista Market and Deli told What Now Portland.

While overall information is limited on Navista Market and Deli and what it plans to offer, according to the permit, the planned days of operation will be Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 7:30 PM.

When it comes to the property itself, according to Loop Net, the property is approximately 6,500 square feet. It sits on a lot size of 0.895 and was originally listed back in September of 2016.

Additionally, Portland Maps lists 6340-6412 NE Lombard St as being built in 1952. The property is marked as having multiple address changes pending. The building area is listed to be 1,850 square feet.

When it comes to the name, “Navista” doesn’t appear to have a widely recognized meaning in English. It could potentially be a proper noun, a brand name, or a term in another language.
