A representative of Bobacat Teahouse was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, this would be the second location for Bobacat Teahouse. The first location is in the Goose Hollow area.

“Milk tea makes up a large amount of their menu, and is listed as the most popular drinks, including Bobacat Milk Tea Brown Sugar, Taro Milk Tea, Thai Milk Tea, and Jasmine Milk Tea. Other tea drinks include their Refresher series of iced teas without milk, straight-up brewed tea (oolong, jasmine, Assam, and green), and flavored teas,” the article from Bridgetown Bites states.

“Aside from tea, there are lattes and Fresh Milk, which looks like fruit topped with milk. Drinks come iced (if you want anything hot, it’s an additional dollar) and along with dairy milk, you can get soy, oat, or almond milk. Lactose-free milk is also available in some cases.”

“There are a whole bunch of things you can add to your drink. Here’s an example with my favorite bubble tea drink, the Taro Milk Tea—the possible add-ons include: boba (bobacat, crystal, honey popping), jelly (rainbow, lychee, mango, brown sugar, coffee, coconut, strawberry, grass), aloe vera, whipped cream cheese, and egg pudding. They offer one food option: a croffle, a croissant-waffle hybrid, where croissant dough is cooked in a waffle iron.”
