According to a recent permit filing, Spot 7 Deli has filed for a Gresham location area at 17102 SE Powell Boulevard Suite C.
A representative of Spot 7 Deli was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.
While overall information is limited about Spot 7 Deli at this time, according to the permit filing, the deli was filed for under M2 LLC.
Additional information listed on the permit filing confirms that Mingyu Jiang is behind Spot 7. When doing a bit more research on Mingyu, it looks like they’re also behind Lucky Play LLC or Lucky Lucky in Gresham.
For the property itself, according to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, the address was once home to La Costita Express. The building was originally built in 2000 and was “established” in 2008 with 1,200 square feet of space.
