According to a recent permit filing, Hungry Dumpling House has filed for 4111 SE Hawthorne Boulevard.

A representative of Hungry Dumpling House was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Hungry Dumpling House’s planned days of operation will be every day from 11 AM to 9 PM with no seasonal variation.

Hungry Dumpling House was filed for under Happy Dumpling INC. Happy Dumpling was incorporated on March 15, 2024, according to Bizapedia. Listed on the business file are two people, with those two people being Huiting Chen and Shaomei Chen.

For the property itself, according to Loop Net, the property was built in 1973 and renovated in 2008. The gross leasable area is listed to be 11,407 square feet. “Shopping center on SE Hawthorne Blvd across from New Seasons. Center features prominent signage and on-site parking for customers.”
