A representative of Fisher’s was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official opening date and what Fisher’s plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Fisher’s was filed under Fisher’s Market and Saloon. Mark Fisher is listed to be behind the concept.

Fisher’s planned days of operation will be Sunday through Wednesday from 11 AM to 12 AM, and Friday through Saturday from 11 AM to 1 AM with no seasonal variation, according to the permit. Outdoor operating hours are listed to be the same with food and alcohol service options.

For the property itself, according to Macadam Forbes, the property was built in 1962. The building is listed to be 5,000 square feet, with an overall lot size of 15,000 square feet.

“The well-maintained free-standing building is owned and operated by a commercial painting contractor. The nicely designed office provides a mix of private offices and some open bullpen areas. The warehouse has exposed beams, and the office has skylights.”
