A representative of RanchPDX was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.

According to Visit Vancouver Washington’s website, RanchPDX’s Vancouver location will open sometime in the fall of this year.

An article written by the Portland Eater in 2019 describes Ranch as “The rebellious pizzaiolos at Ranch aren’t interested in doing anything conventionally. With their cheesy edges and crispy bottoms, the restaurant’s pies aren’t traditional Sicilian squares, and the restaurant’s eponymous ranch is an essential part of the experience.”

“Still, these pies are hard to forget, with a pleasantly spongy crumb, thick slabs of pepperoni, and a garlicky dipping sauce best swabbed with a hunk of crust.”

RanchPDX’s website states that they began back in 2017. There are currently eight locations for Ranch listed on the website. Those locations reside in Beaverton, Oregon City, Montavilla, and more.
