While an official date for the change of hands has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, the new ownership was filed under LTZELLER LLC.

According to Bizapedia, LTZELLER LLC was incorporated about a month ago, back in November. The permit filing and LLC’s manager are listed as Lois Zeller.

Google describes Fat Daves as an “Easygoing spot fixing up around-the-clock American standards from breakfast fare to burgers.” Fat Daves is also stated to be open 24 hours a day. Fat Dave’s Facebook page also states menu items are home-cooked.

According to Menu Pix, customers can expect a traditional diner feel when looking at their menu options. Menu options range from burgers to sandwiches, omelets, and more. All burgers and sandwiches are stated to come with a side, such as fries or garden salad. All breakfast items also have a choice of hashbrowns and toast or red potatoes and toast.

For the property itself, according to Loop Net, the building was originally built in 1975, with the building size being listed at 3,200 square feet. The listing goes on to describe the property as a “Great hard corner for redevelopment NE Corner of 99th St & Hwy 99.”
