According to the article, Good Coffee’s new location is slated to open sometime in early 2024. The company website also lists the Pearl location to open this year.

“On the Good Coffee website and also over on their Instagram, there is evidence of this new location. About a month ago they posted, “Friends – we are thrilled to be looking to meet + add a few new team members leading into the opening of a coffee bar in Portland’s Pearl District (NW 11th and Couch) in early 2024. We couldn’t be more excited,” Bridgetown Bites article states.

“Good Coffee prides itself on delivering an elevated sense of hospitality, with a mission “to create delight for people.” Their staff is devoted to creating meaningful experiences for each of their customers through the vehicle of high-quality coffee drinks and menus that change with the seasons (their seasonal coffee drinks always sound interesting).”

Good Coffee’s website describes its mission statement, “Our work in coffee and hospitality, while we believe in it entirely, would be incomplete without finding ways to anchor this work to the communities we work in. Common Good takes our skills and expertise in coffee and utilizes them to support and highlight organizations doing great work in our community.”

The company describes how this works in three sections, those sections being “Partner,” “Highlight,” and “Support.” The partner section states, “We partner with two organizations in our community serving youth through academics, equity, advocacy, and art.”

For the highlight section, “We have created a coffee blend & packaging experience that highlights the story of these organizations connecting people to their work.” Last but not least, their support section states, “Twenty percent of all the proceeds of the Common Good Blend go directly to our partner organizations, helping them continue their work in our city.”
