According to a recent permit filing, Lucky 13 Saloon will soon open in the Hawthorne area at 3862 SE Hawthorne Boulevard.

A representative of Lucky 13 Saloon was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official opening date and what Lucky 13 plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to Loop Net, Lucky 13 will occupy the Hawthorne Masonic Building next to the Hawthorne Theater.

Loop Net describes the property as a “Rare opportunity to own or occupy a landmark historic corner building in a prime infill location in the vibrant market of Portland, OR. Opportunity for full or partial occupancy with flexible floorplates and vacancies of ground floor restaurant space and unique 2nd-floor ballroom.”

The building consists of three stories and was originally built in 1919. Loop Net states that the approximate square footage is about 15,200.

According to the permit filing, Lucky 13 is filed under Lucky 13 Saloon LLC. The days of operation are listed as every day from 3 PM to 12 AM, with no seasonal variation. The live music schedule is listed as “to be discussed.”
