According to a recent permit filing, Thirsty Pours has filed for a location in SE Portland at 5205 SE Foster Road.

A representative of Thirsty Pours was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official opening date and what Thirsty Pours plans to offer has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Thirsty Pours was filed for under Thirsty Pours LLC. The business agent is listed to be Jonathan Creech.

Planned days of operation for Thirsty Pours are every day with seasonal variations, stating that winter hours might be reduced. Saturday and Sunday will be open from 10 AM to 10 PM, while Monday through Thursday will be open from 11 AM to 8 PM.

The days and hours of operation will extend to the outdoor operating hours listed on the permit. While the permit states there will be no food service options, there will be alcohol service options.

For the property itself, according to Loop Net, the building was built in 1942 with approximately 5,000 square feet of gross leasable area. “Previously used as a food cart pod. 26,000 sqft lot with high visibility,” is how Loop Net describes the property.
