While an official opening date and what 1919 plans to offer has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, 1919’s planned days of operation will be Wednesday through Sunday.

Wednesday through Friday will be open from 3 PM to 10 PM, Saturday from 1 PM to 10 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 10 PM with no seasonal variation. The same days and hours will apply to outdoor operating hours, with food and alcohol service options.

According to the permit, 1919 was filed for under 1919 LLC. The business contact is listed as Stephen Haubrich.

For the property itself, Loop Net states the building size is approximately 4,700 square feet and was built in 1919. The property has hosted multiple tenants such as Sessionable and Fumerie Perfumerie. “Musicians from Pink Martini to the Decemberists to jazz great Chuck Israels have made albums here.”
