According to a recent permit filing, Kung Fu Tea has filed for a location in Vancouver at 910 NE Tenney Road.

A representative of Kung Fu Tea was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official opening date and what Kung Fu Tea plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Kung Fu Tea was filed under Leo Tea 3 LLC.

Washington Company Search states that Leo Tea 3 LLC was incorporated on November 22nd, 2023. Listed on the permit and business filing is Oliver Le.

Washington Company Search states that Oliver is also behind multiple other LLCs in the state. Those LLCs are Sweet House LLC, Leo Nails & Organic Spa LLC, Leo Tea LLC, Leo Nails & Organic Spa 2 LLC, Leo Tea 3 LLC, and Leo Nails & Organic Spa 3 LLC.

According to Loop Net, the property itself is referred to as Salmon Creek Square. The building was built in 2004 and boasts approximately 21,800 square feet of leasable area.

Loop Net describes the property as the “Ideal location for retail and service tenants. Easy access to I-5 and I-205. Located adjacent to Fred Meyer. Co-tenants include Planet Thai, GameStop, AT&T, Zoom+Care, and Subway.”
