According to a recent permit filing, Zaiqa has filed for a location in the South Waterfront area at 3682 S Bond Avenue.

A representative of Zaiqa was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official opening date and what Zaiqa plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Zaiqa was filed for under Ali One LLC.

Bizapedia states that Ali One LLC was incorporated on August 1st, 2023. Adnan Ali is listed on the business and permit filing for Ali One LLC and Zaiqa.

The permit filing states that the planned days of operation will be every day from 10:30 AM to 9 PM with no seasonal variation.

According to Capacity Commercial’s property listing, the building is referred to as John Ross Retail. The building boasts 500,000 square feet and was built in 2007, with 32 floors of mixed-use space. 3682 S Bond is listed to have approximately 2,200 square feet and is set to be available on September 1st.
