According to a recent permit filing, DingDong Express has filed for a location in Vancouver at 15640 NE Fourth Plain Boulevard #613.

A representative of DingDong Express was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official opening date and what DingDong Express plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to Loop Net, the company’s address is a part of the Heritage Plaza.

The property was built in 2009 and renovated in 2017. Overall, the property boasts 25,100 square feet of space.

“Located in Vancouver at the signalized intersection of NE Fourth Plain Blvd and NE 156th, the property is ideally positioned near abundant housing, numerous amenities, parks, public transportation, and has strong traffic counts and retail demographics.”

DingDong Express was filed under DingDong Express LLC. Biz Profile states that the LLC was filed 22 days ago on August 19th, 2024. Yue Xi and Xi Chao are listed as being behind the LLC.
