According to a recent permit filing, Taco Time has filed for a location in Vancouver at 16313 SE 1st Street.

A representative of Taco Time was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official opening date and what Taco Time plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Taco Time was filed under Taco Time LLC.

According to Biz Profile, Taco Time LLC was filed almost two years ago on January 24th, 2023. Hector Trujano Gonzalez, Jose Pineda Perfecto Socorro, Laura Trujano Gonzalez, and Armando Trujano Gonzalez are behind the LLC.

Buzzfile lists Jose Pineda Perfecto Socorro as the principal of Taco Time LLC, as well as the documents for the Taco Time LLC Biz Profile listing. “This organization primarily operates in the Mexican Restaurant business / industry within the Eating and Drinking Places sector.” Loop Net states the property for Taco Time boasts 8,330 square feet.
