“I’m excited to share that we will have 14 food carts, an additional 5 inside vendors, and a bar called Brake Time, all aimed at serving our East Portland and business community. Each food cart will feature a unique dish from around the globe, and we’re hopeful to be able to open in early 2025,” Roya Baradar, the owner, told What Now Portland.

“Right now, I’m finalizing contracts, site plan design, and collaborating our marketing program with our team. My vision is to create a vibrant space that serves both our community and food cart owners, providing a welcoming atmosphere for families and friends. I’m selecting carts that reflect global flavors while ensuring a commitment to quality and sustainability.”

“Our PDX food pod facility will be the perfect venue for birthdays, date nights, gatherings with friends, and catered dinner parties, all featuring live music from local musicians. With 5,000 square feet of indoor space accommodating around 300 guests, we’ll host family nights packed with games and big-screen TVs for sports viewing.”

“Our bar, “Break Time,” pays tribute to those who serve others without taking breaks, creating a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy meals together, along with a selection of local beers, wines, and ciders.”
