While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed and what the filing will mean for YourSomm, according to the permit filing, the planned days of operation will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM.

According to YourSomm’s website, they provide three main options: curated wine collections for everyday, private client cellar management, and a personal or corporate gifting option.

The website also lists three ethos points for the company, with the first being to “feel known.” “Relationship is at the core of YourSomm. Listening to you and understanding your interests is our first priority.”

The second is to “feel confident.” “Relax knowing that you have a certified sommelier bringing you exceptional and fairly priced wine from all over the world.”

Last but not least is to “feel prepared.” “No more spending too much on wine that you know nothing about. You will have unique and delicious wine ready for any occasion.”

A post from Nextdoor about YourSomm states, “YourSomm PDX is the passion project of local Sommelier, Sean Galloway. He trained as a professional Somm in Italy and the U.S. And now he is curating thoughtful, delicious, and affordable wine orders for people just like you.”

For the property itself, according to Loop Net, the approximate leasing area is 23,100 square feet. The building was originally built in 1945 and is marked as an industrial property.
