According to a recent permit filing, Double Barrel Bullpen has its eyes on opening a location at 10850 N Denver Avenue.
A representative of Double Barrel Bullpen was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.
While an official opening date and what Double Barrel Bullpen plans to offer has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Double Barrel comes from M1 Concepts.
Open Corporates and Washington Business Search state that behind M1 Concepts is Matt Schiffman. Washington Company Search states that M1 Concepts was incorporated back in 2020.
When doing more research on Matt, according to his LinkedIn profile, he is the CEO of M1 Concepts. Four businesses are listed on his profile that he is the founder or owner of. Those four businesses, including M1 Concepts, are Magnolia Tavern, Double Barrel Taphouse, and Steak Your Claim.
Double Barrel Taphouse’s website states, “Double Barrel Tap House was founded in 2017, since then we have continued to grow and have enjoyed becoming part of our community here in Vancouver, Washington.”
