According to a recent permit filing, Salty Beaver has filed for the former Urban Saloon & Grill space at 1202 Commerce Avenue in Longview.

A representative of Salty Beaver was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Portland’s request.

While overall information for the Salty Beaver is currently limited, according to the permit filing, Salty Beaver was filed for under Salty Beaver LLC.

According to Washington Company Search, Salty Beaver LLC was incorporated on April 3rd, 2024. Christy Cline is listed in both the permit and business filings.

For the property itself, according to Woodford Commercial Real Estate, the leasable area of space was 6,000 square feet and was established in 2014. “Urban Saloon & Grill is now being offered for sale for the first time.”

“This iconic restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Longview on the corner of Commerce and Hemlock. This restaurant features a dining area that seats 84+, a bar that seats 24+, and a banquet room that seats up to 72+ and has plenty of free parking in the back.”
