“Soon, very soon, my delicious reign shall begin. We’ve toiled in the shadows, working tirelessly to prepare the lair. However, the transformation of this temple is ongoing, so I may start by offering take-out only through mortal conduits like DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats,” the Dreadqueen of Dough, or co-owner, Niki Von Galaxor told What Now Portland.

“We will, of course, continue to deliver sustenance to my loyal allies at Explorer Brewing. The world shall know my power, one slice at a time. I am but one of the powerful forces behind Papa Zuzus’s Pizza. Together with Aaron Ballenger, the Archmagus of Appetites, we wield ancient culinary magic that mere mortals cannot comprehend.”

“But, we are not alone in this quest. Our true strength comes from our dynamic warband, who help us conjure our otherworldly flavor. Our combined powers summon forth the most irresistible pizzas, bending the very elements to create food that will enthrall and enchant all who dare to taste our creations. Beware, for we command the forces of flavor like none before us!”

“Foolish mortals, you will be enticed by irresistible offerings crafted by my dark hand. Classic pizza favorites shall tempt your taste buds, but the true magic lies in my creations- fresh, locally sourced ingredients combined with diabolical creativity.”

“Our lair will offer more than just food. An arcade of distraction for mortals of all ages, live entertainment to lure them in, and karaoke to make them reveal their weaknesses! And also, with the power of liquor license, I shall seduce them with myriad beer, wine, and spirits.”

“This is but the latest chapter in my eternal quest for domination. Papa Zuzu’s is more than just a dream- it’s a carefully crafted spell we’ve been casting for some time. Our second location inside Desire in Portland Oregon, is already in full swing, serving delicious pizza 7 days a week.”

“When I saw this building, and the opportunity to expand, I knew it must be claimed in my name. My legions and I have labored to reshape it into a place worthy of my name- Papa Zuzu’s. We have purified it with fire (and a fresh coat of paint). Soon, this will be the birthplace of a new era…an era of pizza.”
