While an official opening date and what Westside Wines plans to offer has yet to be released, according to the permit filing, Westside Wines is listed under Westside Wines LLC.

When doing a bit more digging, Westside Wines LLC was filed for on January 17th of this year. The permit filer as well as the business agent for Westside Wines and Westside Wines LLC, according to Bizapedia, is listed as Madalyn Eagon.

Bizapedia’s listing for Westside Wines LLC also lists another company, Bread and Wine INC. Alongside Madalyn being listed as a business agent for Bread and Wine is Alec Eagon, who is also listed on the permit. Bread and Wine INC was filed for around the same time as Westside Wines LLC, with only 12 days of a difference.

When it comes to the property itself that will be home to Westside Wines, according to Barnard Commercial, the property is referred to as the Rossi Building. Suite 8122, as it is listed, is stated to have 1,000 SF.

Barnard Commercial’s listing goes on to state “This property is centrally located on Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy between Fred Meyer and Jesuit High School on a lighted intersection with heavy traffic, average of 25,000 cars per day. There are 3 access points, monument signage, and ample parking.”
