According to a recent permit filing, MX21 has filed for a location in the Ladd’s Addition area at 2110 SE Division Street.

A representative of MX21 was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed and overall information for MX21 is limited, according to the permit, behind MX21 is Anahi Miranda.

The planned days of operation for MX21 are every day from 8 AM to 2 AM, with no seasonal variation. Outdoor operating hours are listed to be every day from 8 AM to 1:30 AM, with food and alcohol options available.

According to People Finders, Anahi is one of two registered owners of the property. The property is stated to have been built in 1926, with the building being sold in 2017. The approximate square footage of the property is 8,700 square feet.

Loop Net confirms the approximate square footage for the property. In addition, the lot size is stated to be 0.085. Other food options near MX21 are Dominos and Bar Norman.
